to train it and understand it, the better way (i think) is to lower your mouse sensitivity, and try it without the spacebar (some people do it with spacebar but i don't understand how ^^') When your shoulders are ~mid air, you have to let go your hands and hook the pillar above. (sry if i'm not really clear)
